Where is Birchwood Studio located?
Birchwood Studio is located on Perham Street just a few blocks from downtown Farmington.

When do classes start?
I teach classes during the Fall and Spring. Fall classes start the week of September 16th and run through mid-November. Spring classes start in late March depending on the weather and run through mid-summer.

Why don’t you have classes during the winter?
Birchwood Studio is located at my house and parking is very limited during the winter months. I am available for private lessons, though.

I’ve never taken an art class before. How do I know what class is right for me?
Most of the classes at Birchwood Studio are appropriate for people of all skill levels unless stated in the course description! Contact me if you need help finding the right class for you.

I’m interested in learning something that you aren’t currently teaching. Do you give private lessons?
If you want to learn something not listed in my current class descriptions contact me! I’m happy to explore adding a class or arranging for private lessons.

I want to take a class! How do I pay?
I accept checks, cash and Venmo. Payment in full is required by the first class unless other arrangements have been made.
​
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I believe everyone needs creativity in their life and if your situation makes it difficult to pay full price for a class let me know.
